D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and How to Access It

In case of any grievance or complaint, investors should first contact Dil Se Trader Research. We will ensure that the grievance is resolved within 30 days.

If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, investors may lodge a complaint with SEBI through the SCORES portal, a centralized web-based complaint redressal system. SEBI follows up with the concerned intermediary for resolution. The status of the complaint can also be tracked on SCORES.

7. Ask questions and clarify doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on any recommendations.
8. Report to SEBI if any Research Analyst offers assured or guaranteed returns.

Don’ts

1. Do not provide funds to the Research Analyst for investment.
2. Avoid falling prey to misleading advertisements or market rumors.
3. Do not get influenced by limited-time discounts, incentives, gifts, or other promotional offers by Research Analysts.
4. Never share your trading and demat account login credentials or passwords with any Research Analyst.
