Any complaints from members regarding unsolicited contact from other members for purposes that may harm the reputation of Dil Se Trader will be treated seriously. Such matters may be taken to the court of law for resolution. Negative influences within the group or attempts to damage the reputation of Dil Se Trader, whether within or outside the group, will result in the forfeiture of all premium benefits.
Members influencing negativity among other batch members, hindering the learning process, will also lose premium benefits. Upon the completion of the course schedule, every Dil Se Trader webinar member holds the right to opt-out of the services at any time by communicating the decision to support@dilsetrader.in.
Any additional groups or channels created by Dil Se Trader apart from the public channel are considered private and accessible only to premium members. Information within these private groups should remain confidential, and any breach will result in the loss of premium benefits.
We commit to maintaining batch groups for three months, after which an overview will be conducted. If any negativity is identified during this period, the group may be dissolved without prior notice. Dil Se Trader reserves the right to dissolve batch groups at any time if a breach in our policies is identified.
